This is the third time in a very short time frame that we can’t connect to the internet, at home that is. Our provider is Telenet and I must say, I’m really happy with their customer service.
The previous two times, I called and within a day, there was a guy who fixed the problem. Well, fixed? We could surf the net again, but now after the third time, I don’t think I can say the problem was fixed. We now have a new appointment on Wednesday. It’s not within a day but it’s ok. It still is reasonably fast.
I hope they will solve the problem this time.
